Terms of Service - AutoName

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using AutoName, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the application.

2. Description of Service

AutoName is a monday.com application that automatically generates item names based on customizable templates using column values. The service includes template creation, automatic renaming via webhooks, and bulk rename operations.

3. Service Plans

AutoName offers the following plans:

Free: Limited operations per month, basic features
Pro: Unlimited operations, all features, priority support

Plan limits reset monthly. Unused operations do not roll over.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use AutoName in compliance with monday.com's terms of service
Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the application
Ensure you have appropriate permissions to modify items on your boards

5. Limitation of Liability

AutoName is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this application, including but not limited to data loss, incorrect renaming, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled through monday.com's marketplace. Contact monday.com support for refund requests. We may offer prorated refunds at our discretion for annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AutoName depends on monday.com's API and may be affected by their outages. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

You may stop using AutoName at any time by uninstalling the application. We may terminate your access if you violate these terms or abuse the service. Upon termination, your template configurations will be deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the application or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
