How do I create a template?

The Free plan includes 100 operations per month, 1 template, and 1 board. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited operations and advanced features like bulk rename.

How does automatic renaming work?

When you create a template with a trigger (like "When any column changes"), AutoName listens for changes via webhooks and automatically updates item names based on your template - even when you're not using monday.com.

Can I rename existing items?

Yes! Pro users can use Bulk Rename to apply templates to existing items. Click the Bulk Rename button, preview the changes, and apply.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Manage your subscription through monday.com: Admin → Billing → Apps. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

My templates stopped working. What should I do?

First, check if your usage limit has been reached (Free plan: 100/month). Then verify the template is still active. If issues persist, try re-saving the template or contact support.
